Subject: Good Morning Baltimore!
Yhe slums of Baltimore in the 1950's, and what people did about it is profiled here in this very well done film. This film DOES look sugar coated over though, giving interesting perspectives that I find hard to believe (aka, the white woman wandering around the slums looking for someone to talk to). Bottom line, the city had places they wanted to clean up desperately. No problemo! Just give the tenants long term loans to help clean up their property and they'll be happy as a clam! Same goes with the landlords as well! Again, this is really glossy, so there's probably dark dark secrets hiding underneath this film.

Well, I'll be seeing you.
